1967 FordMustang Shelby GT500
For 1967 massive restyling was done for Ford Mustang. Notable changes are thicker
sheet metal below the beltline, flashy grille, concave tail panel, and full fastback
roofline for the fastback body style. The new GT500 was put to life by the improved
428 V8 engine. The 1967 Shelby's were offered with numerous luxury options which
appealed to buyers as shown by the increase in sale. It comes with standard power
disc brakes, folding rear seat, shoulder harness, factory roll cage, double over
head cams, hydraulic lash adjustments, valve springs, suspension system, aluminum
drive shaft and fuel injection. Optional are inboard headlights, am/radio component
and aluminum spoke wheels.
